About the service

Sussex Solar Quotes is a trading style of Sonic Studio Ltd, company number 15877834, registered in England and Wales. We collect registrations from people interested in solar or battery services with a view to possible introductions. We are preparing the service and do not yet have installer partners available to receive enquiries. The form registers your interest. It does not request a quote from an installer. We are not a solar installer, surveyor, engineer, financial adviser or energy adviser.

Registrations of interest

Submitting a registration does not guarantee that an installer will be available, that an introduction or quote will be made, or that a property is suitable for any system. It does not create a contract to purchase solar equipment or services. The service is free to homeowners and there is no obligation to proceed.

We may review and prioritise registrations using information such as location, ownership, project type, timing and approximate energy use. Any internal priority is an administrative indication only. It is not a technical assessment, credit decision, promise of suitability or guarantee that an installer will accept the enquiry.

Installer introductions

Installer sharing is not currently active. Our planned model is to identify one possible installer and seek the permission required before releasing the homeowner’s contact details. We do not promise that an installer has been checked until our stated checks have been completed.

Any installer introduced operates independently from us and is responsible for its own credentials, advice, survey, design, pricing, contract, installation, certification, warranties and aftercare. You should review the installer’s identity, qualifications, insurance, terms and quotation before making a decision. Any contract for installation is between you and the installer.

Contact information

You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not submit another person’s information without authority. We may close registrations that appear false, duplicated, abusive or outside the service area.

Payments and commercial disclosure

We may receive an introduction fee from an installer following an agreed introduction. Homeowners do not pay us to register their interest. Any installation costs would be quoted and charged by the installer under a separate contract.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse, interfere with, probe or overload the website, attempt to bypass its security, or use it to send unlawful or unauthorised information.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. An installer is responsible for its own work under its separate contract with you. This does not remove our responsibility for our own acts, omissions or legal obligations. We do not exclude rights that consumers cannot lawfully waive.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections and courts in the part of the UK where you live.
