About the service
Sussex Solar Quotes is a trading style of Sonic Studio Ltd, company number 15877834, registered in England and Wales. We collect enquiries from homeowners interested in solar or battery services with a view to possible introductions. We are still establishing installer partnerships and cannot currently provide an immediate match. We are not a solar installer, surveyor, engineer, financial adviser or energy adviser.
Quote requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee that an installer will be available, that an introduction or quote will be made, or that a property is suitable for any system. It does not create a contract to purchase solar equipment or services. The service is free to homeowners and there is no obligation to proceed.
Installer relationship
Any installer introduced operates independently from us and is responsible for its own credentials, advice, survey, design, pricing, contract, installation, certification, warranties and aftercare. You should review the installer’s identity, qualifications, insurance, terms and quotation before making a decision. Any contract for installation is between you and the installer.
Payments and commercial disclosure
We may receive an introduction fee from an installer following an agreed introduction. Homeowners do not pay us to submit a quote request.
Information on this website
General information is provided for orientation only and may change. It is not a guarantee of savings, costs, system output, grants, tariffs, tax treatment or suitability. Obtain property-specific advice and verify current schemes and technical claims before relying on them.
Acceptable use
You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not misuse, interfere with, probe or overload the website or submit another person’s information without authority.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. An installer is responsible for its own work under its separate contract with you. This does not remove our responsibility for our own acts, omissions or legal obligations. We do not exclude rights that consumers cannot lawfully waive.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections and courts in the part of the UK where you live.
